Dynamic Ladder

Move. Challenge. Defend.

Teams move up and down the Ladder based on results and face nearby teams each round. Because rankings change throughout the session, a repeat opponent may occasionally occur in a later round. Smash your way to the Champion's Court — then defend your position.

How the Triple Smash Dynamic Ladder Works

Teams start the session at a position on the Ladder and play 3 team matchups across 3 rounds.

Each team has 3 players, and every matchup includes all 3 doubles partnerships:

AB, AC and BC.

All 3 sets are played, and every set counts toward the matchup result.

After each round, results are processed and the Ladder is updated. Winning teams have an opportunity to move higher, while losing teams may move down. Upsets can create bigger movement, and the top-ranked teams compete to reach — and defend — the Champion’s Court.

Pairings are based primarily on nearby Ladder positions, so as teams move they face opponents around their current level. Because rankings change throughout the session, a team may occasionally face a previous opponent again in a later round.

After every completed round, the updated Ladder determines the next matchups and courts.

The goal is simple: win, climb the Ladder, reach Champion’s Court, and defend your position.

Round Robin & Finals

Play. Earn. Place.

Teams face scheduled opponents and earn competition points across the event. Standings determine placement, with a Final included only when configured.

How the Triple Smash Round Robin + Final Works

Teams compete in a structured Round Robin format, playing 3 team matchups per session against different opponents.

Each team has 3 players, and every matchup includes all 3 doubles partnerships:

AB, AC and BC.

All 3 sets are played, and every set counts toward the matchup result and overall standings.

Teams earn competition points through their results, with standings reflecting performance across the competition. Match wins, sets, point differential and other established tiebreakers help separate teams when standings are close.

Across the Round Robin stage, teams face a variety of opponents while building their position in the standings. As the competition progresses, later-session matchups are designed to create meaningful contests based on the results accumulated so far.

When the event includes a Final, the Round Robin standings determine which teams advance and their position entering the championship stage.

The Final gives the leading teams one last opportunity to compete for the overall Triple Smash title.

The goal is simple: win sets, win matchups, climb the standings, earn your place in the Final, and compete for the championship.
